Stops has been piloting with companies like On Top of the World to ensure that developers can:

1. easily import and manage their thousands of public addresses on the Stops platform.
2. modify the geofences for each location and utilize this data for private/internal use and/or for sharing with the home owner.
3. attach anything to the location and provide the file with micro coordinates for the file. For example, the blueprints or warranties could be placed in the home’s office, a warranty may be placed over the deck, the pool or the roof or kitchen area.  Also, underground power lines and septic can be marked to remind the owner where these features are located. Digital warning signs can be posted on power polls, lines and trees.
4. share access with the current property owner, and further allowing them to add their own private or public data to the property. For example, When the owner or contractor or anyone with an authorized token appears at the property, all of the digital files shared with them for the property appear automatically, without the need for Search.
5. Make certain data only visible from authorized devices within the geofence of the property.
